Our cleaning teams operate between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. While we do our best to meet your preferred time window, please allow for some flexibility as previous cleanings may affect arrival times. In some cases, our teams may stay past 6:00 p.m. to complete your service.
To help our cleaners focus on providing high-quality service, we ask that you: • Remove personal items and clutter from surfaces. • Secure any valuables, fragile items, or collectibles.
Additional charges may apply if your home is excessively dirty or cluttered, especially for first-time and move-in/out cleanings.

Yes! We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. Our team uses professional-grade products that are safe and effective. If you prefer eco-friendly products or have specific product requests, please let us know when booking.
For safety and insurance reasons, our cleaners do not lift or move heavy furniture, nor do they climb on furniture or ladders. We will do our best to reach and clean high or difficult areas with extendable tools.
Please ensure your alarm is disarmed on the day of your scheduled service. If you provide us with instructions to disarm or reset the alarm, Gold Star Maids is not responsible for any alarms that are accidentally triggered.
To ensure safety, please do not leave small children unattended during cleanings. Cleaning products and tools can pose risks if not monitored. If our team finds that children are unsupervised, we reserve the right to cancel the service for safety reasons.
Please secure your pets before our arrival. While we love furry friends, we cannot be held responsible for pets during our visit.

Yes. Please provide clear parking instructions and permits or passes if needed. If no parking is available and our company vehicle gets towed, the client is responsible for towing fees. Parking fees will be added to the invoice if applicable.
Your satisfaction is our guarantee! If you're not completely happy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We'll return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation, skip, or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the following fees below;
We do our best to assign the same team to your home for consistency and familiarity. While we can't guarantee the exact same team every time due to scheduling and availability, we maintain detailed notes about your preferences and home to ensure quality service regardless of which team visits.
