Hi, I’m Jannet, the owner of Gold Star Maids. I started this company in 2015 with one simple goal, to create the kind of cleaning service I would personally want in my own home. A service built on trust, consistency, communication, and attention to detail. I wanted homeowners to feel comfortable knowing the people entering their homes genuinely care about the work they do.

When I first started Gold Star Maids, we were serving just a small number of homes in Alexandria. From the beginning, my focus was never on becoming the biggest cleaning company. It was about doing the job the right way every single time. Showing up when promised, paying attention to the little details, and treating every home with respect.

Over the years, our business grew through referrals from happy clients and neighbors recommending us to friends and family. Today, we proudly serve hundreds of homeowners across Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, McLean, and surrounding Northern Virginia communities.

Even as we’ve grown, my mission has stayed the same: to help busy families enjoy a cleaner, more peaceful home without spending their weekends catching up on chores.
